France PARIS, December 01, SPA -- A Spanish civil guard was shot and killed and another was seriously injured Saturday during an operation targeting suspected members of Basque separatist group ETA in southwest France, police said. The shooting occurred in Cap-Breton, a resort town on theAtlantic coast, a police official said. No other detailswere immediately available.
