On the issue of the long time required for obtaining entry visas to the US following the incidents of September 11, Rice said it was an essential matter for the US to review the procedures of entry visas and set a new and a better way for the system. She noted that George Bush, earlier after this steps, realized that it is essential for the US to be viewed as the country which welcomes students, businessmen and those who plan to visit it, and subsequently he started continuous works to ensure security and these efforts were culminated into success.
