SEOUL, South Korea, October 03, SPA -- South Korea expressedsatisfaction Wednesday after the first summit talks withNorth Korean leader Kim Jong Il in seven years. Earlier Wednesday at the summit between leaders of theNorth and South, South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun saidhe was «satisfied with the outcome of the talks,» hisspokesman Cheon Ho-seon told reporters in tapedcomments relayed from Pyongyang. The sides were to draft an agreement by Thursday morning,Cheon said.
