BAGHDAD, June 30, SPA -- U.S. soldiers killed 26 people before dawn Saturday in Baghdad's Sadr City neighborhood, the military said. The U.S. military said the victims were terrorists whoattacked American troops with small arms fire,rocket-propelled grenades and roadside bombs. But Iraqipolice and hospital officials said all the dead werecivilians, killed in their homes.
