'Al-Madinah' daily said the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, while opening the Arab solidarity summit lit the road through his precise diagnosis of the current challenges facing the nation, and its sufferings in Palestine, Iraq, Lebanon, Sudan and Somalia. It added: "The Saudi Monarch presented the suitable prescription for the nation's unity before unifying armies, economies, and political targets to trespass this painful situation which stresses that we are now far away - with regard to unity slogan - more than when the Arab League was established sixty years ago. The paper pointed out what makes us optimistic is this magnificent start, and that this summit is along the road to achieve what previous summit failed to do. The daily concluded: " The monarch indicated that disunity and backwardness are not our fate, and that he is still hopeful despite despair and pessimism and is looking for a better future."-- More www.spa.gov.sa/436521
