'Al-Youm' newspaper said the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques was frank in his speech yesterday to the summit when he addressed the leaders and citizens in every Arab country frankly, saying that the Arab League is an entity which reflects precisely our current circumstances. The paper went further and said: The monarch called on Arab leaders to shoulder their historic responsibilities if they wanted to have a role in facing the troubled world. It said the first step along the path of salvation - as mentioned by the monarch - is to restore confidence in ourselves and among ourselves. The paper noted that if confidence was restored, credibility would be restored, and if credibility was restored the nation would be hopeful.
