Ashkhabad, Mar.17, SPA -- Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said today that any new resolution by the UN will not be an appropriate one and lead to new repercussions. "We briefed the permanent members at the Security Council on our views and we prefer cooperation and dialogue in order to reach a peaceful solution on the Iranian nuclear peaceful program," he told Iranian news agency "IRNA." The Iranian Foreign Minister made his remarks in the Turkmenistan capital of Ashkhabad. Mottaki arrived here yesterday and is scheduled later today to hold talks with Turkmenistan President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov and a number of senior officials. The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Mohammad-Ali Hosseini is accompanying the Foreign minister in his current visit to Turkmenistan.-- SPA www.spa.gov.sa/433325
