GENEVA, OCT 9, SPA -- French Foreign Minister Philippe Douste-Blazy condemned the North Korean nuclear test Monday, saying the international community should take swift action against the Communist regime. «France firmly condemns today's nuclear test by NorthKorea,» Douste-Blazy told The Associated Press, addingthat it «poses a serious problem to internationalsecurity.» «France will turn towards her partners in the SecurityCouncil to quickly come up with a reaction,» he said.
