BRUSSELS, JULY 26 (SPA) - EUROPEAN UNION FOREIGN MINISTERS WILL HOLD AN EMERGENCY MEETING ON THE CRISIS IN LEBANON NEXT TUESDAY, EU PRESIDENT FINLAND ANNOUNCED ON WEDNESDAY. A PRESIDENCY SPOKESMAN SAID THE RARE AUGUST SESSION, IN A PERIOD WHEN EU INSTITUTIONS ARE NORMALLY CLOSED FOR SUMMER HOLIDAYS, WOULD DEAL ONLY WITH THE MIDDLE EAST SITUATION.
