Jakarta, Indonesia, Feb 23, SPA -- Iran's foreign minister saidThursday that four issues needed to be resolved before hiscountry could reach a deal on Russia's uranium enrichmentproposal, including timing and location. China, meanwhile, was preparing to send an envoy to Tehranin a last ditch effort to broker a deal before the U.N.'snuclear agency meets early next month to discuss thestandoff over Iran's nuclear program. "We are ready to compromise," Iran's Foreign MinisterManouchehr Mottaki told reporters during a brief visit toIndonesia, part of an Asian tour that will take him toThailand on Friday. "We believe that we should move from here to compromise,not go back." Mottaki said that four issues were still unresolved, amongthem which countries and companies would be involved.
