Prince Turki underscored the importance of the initiative of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdul-aziz pertaining to the establishment of the international energy forum in Riyadh for enhancing dialogue between the oil producers and consumes so as to realize security and stability at the world oil markets in a manner that benefits both sides. Prince Turki underlined the importance of the admission of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the World Trade Organization (WTO) last December, and said this development would open doors for Saudi investors and their counterparts from other countries of the world to promote cooperation.
