Makkah, Dec 8, SPA -- Iranian President Mahmud Ahmadi-Nejad met here today, on the fringe of the Third Extraordinary Summit of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC), Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai. They discussed aspects of promoting cooperation and boosting bilateral relations. On his part, Ahmadi-Nejad expressed his pleasure for the current stability prevailing in Afghanistan and wished that it could be the case in all Muslim countries.
