Tehran, Dec 9, SPA -- Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadi-Nijad has highlighted the positive outcome of the extraordinary Islamic summit which ended its deliberations in Makkah on Thursday. In a press statement following his return to Tehran, Ahmadi-Nijad said the convening of the summit aimed at coordinating and planning among the Muslim countries for confronting challenges facing them.
