London, June 6, SPA -- Prime Minister Tony Blair's office confirmedMonday that Britain has put off a referendum on theEuropean Union constitution, following its rejection inFrance and the Netherlands. Blair's official spokesman said the results of the Frenchand Dutch referendums had to be discussed at the EuropeanCouncil summit later this month.
