Colombo, April 10, SPA -- Tamil Tiger rebels on Sundayfreed a Sri Lankan government soldier they captured a dayearlier for allegedly trespassing on guerrilla territory, atop cease-fire monitor said. "The soldier has been released," Hagrup Haukland, headof the European cease-fire monitors told The AssociatedPress. He said after extensive discussions, the Liberation Tigersof Tamileelam had handed the soldier to the monitors.
