Washington, Jan 25, SPA -- President George W. Bush will meet with French President Jacques Chirac next month during a visit to Belgium, the White House announced yesterday evening. "The president looks forward to working together with President Chirac and all our European allies and partners to strengthen freedom, democracy, and security throughout the world," the White said in statement. The meeting will be the first between Bush and Chirac since the U.S. leader won a second four-year term in November. The White House had previously said that Bush would be in Brussels a day later for meetings with leaders of the European Union and a visit to NATO headquarters. On February 23, Bush will meet with German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder and will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin the following day. --SPA 1123 Local Time 0823 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/234724
