London, May 12, SPA -- British Prime Minister Tony Blair saidThursday he would support Iran being referred to the U.N.Security Council if it breached its nuclear obligations. "We certainly will support referral to the U.N. SecurityCouncil if Iran breaches its undertaking and obligations,"Blair told the first news conference since his Labour Partywon a historic third term in last week's elections. Blair said Britain was committed to the diplomaticprocess. "Nobody is talking about invasions of Iran or militaryaction against Iran. We have to make sure that thisdiplomatic process works, and we will fight very hard to dothat. There is no point in speculating what happens downthe line if you reach an impasse.
