ISLAMABAD, Dec 3, SPA -- India and Pakistan reached anagreement in principle Friday to reopen a railroad linkbetween the rival countries in the latest sign of warmingrelations. "Both sides agreed to an early resumption of the link,"the two sides said in a joint statement. Another meeting will be held at an unspecified date in NewDelhi to finalize details, they said, and both sides willstart working on laying tracks and setting up relatedinfrastructure. The discussions over resuming the Khokrapar-Munabao linkare part of a new round of peace talks between the twocountries.
