Rome, Aug 17, SPA -- An Italian patrol came under fire in thesouthern Iraqi city of Nasiryah on Tuesday in clashes thatleft three Italian soldiers wounded, news reports said. The three were injured when their armored vehicleoverturned after it was hit by a rocket-propelled grenade,according to news agency ANSA. Capt. Ettore Sarli, Italian military spokesman inNasiriyah, told RAI state radio that the three Italianswere in stable condition, and that two were being treatedat the Italian base and one was taken to a hospital inKuwait City.
