Beirut, Rajab 24, 1434, Jun 3, 2013, SPA - A doctor in an embattled Syrian town of Al-Qusair says 300 seriously injured residents need to be evacuated for medical treatment. Kasem Alzein, who coordinates treatment in several makeshift hospitals in the town of Al-Qusair, says the wounded are being treated in private homes after the town's main hospital was destroyed during nearly three weeks of fighting. Alzein spoke to The Associated Press from Al-Qusair via Skype on Monday.
