Kabul, Ramadan 13, 1433, Aug 1, 2012, SPA - Four civilians were kidnapped and killed by militants in central Afghanistan, a provincial official said Wednesday. "These people were travelling from Kabul to a remote area in Jalrez district of Wardak province when they were kidnapped by the insurgents late Tuesday," said Shahidullah Shahid, spokesman for the Wardak governor.
