Riyadh, Rabi'I 9, 1434, Jan 21, 2013, SPA -- Secretary General of Gulf Cooperation Council Dr.Abdul-Latif bin Rashid Al-Zayani today strongly condemned the terrorist attack that targeted the gas facility at Ain-Omnas in Algeria and which led to the death of a number of innocent victims, describing it as a criminal act which is contrary to moral and religious values and all international laws.
