Karachi Violence: Death Toll Climbs to 14

Karachi, Jumada I 8, 1433, Mar 31, 2012, SPA - Firing incidents in various areas of Pakistan's Karachi city claimed 14 lives during the last 24 hours, Geo News reported. According to the reports, four out of the five victims of firing incident occurred in Banaras and succumbed to their injuries on late Friday, hospital sources said. The firing incident took place on Banaras bridge where unidentified armed men opened fire at a bike and a car, causing critical injuries to five. Later, four victims died during medical treatment.
