Washington, Rabi'I 5, 1433, Jan 28, 2012, SPA - U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will make a short trip to Europe next week, attending a security conference in Germany before visiting Bulgaria to discuss joint work in Afghanistan, the State Department said Friday. She will participate in the annual Munich Security Conference on February 3-5, which “brings together global leaders to discuss common security challenges,” spokeswoman Victoria Nuland told reporters. Hillary Clinton also will use the occasion to hold “bilateral meetings with a number of her European and other counterparts from around the world,” Victoria Nuland said without providing details of the conference agenda.
