Jeddah, November 22, 2022, SPA -- Upon the invitation of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a team of observers from the OIC General Secretariat observed the early presidential elections held on Sunday, the 20th November 2022. The OIC team observed the elections at three stages of the vote: pre-polling arrangements, on the day of polling and counting of ballots. The team met with several stakeholders including Presidential candidates and received briefing on the voting process.
