Islamic Affairs Ministry Delivers 100,000 Copies of Holy Quran to Egypt

Cairo, January 29, 2022, SPA -- The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, represented by the King Fahd Complex for Printing of the Holy Quran, will deliver tomorrow at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's embassy in Cairo, Egypt, the sixth batch of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' gift of 100,000 copies of the Holy Quran with various sizes and interpretations to Egypt, where this comes in implementation of the directive of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. On this occasion, Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance the General Supervisor of the Medina-based King Fahd Complex for Printing the Holy Quran, Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh has expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and HRH the Crown Prince, for the care and attention to all that serves the Holy Quran. The minister explained that this batch of the gift, which the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance embarked on sending to Egypt, rose the total copies that reached Egypt to nearly a quarter million copies of the Holy Quran to be distributed, in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, represented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's embassy, in implementation of the royal directive, in line with the lofty message undertaken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, towards serving the Holy Quran and publishing it annually to all Muslims in the world with millions of copies for free. Al Al-Sheikh praised the increase in the complex's average production from nine million copies a year to twenty million copies a year, which was achieved through the generous support of the wise leadership.
