Saudi Press: Saudi Arabia Provides Humanitarian Relief for All Affected Counties

Riyadh, Aug 21, 2021, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Yaum Newspaper reported in its editorial that the humanitarian relief being provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for all affected counties reflects the Kingdom's keenness on regional and the international stability. In this regard, the newspaper highlighted the phone call made by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to President Kais Saied of the Republic of Tunisia, during which the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is following with great interest the developments in Tunisia, stressing the Kingdom's keenness on Tunisia's security and stability and affirming the Kingdom's stance supporting Tunisia to overcome the difficult health conditions in light of coronavirus, the newspaper said. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques directed the competent authorities in the Kingdom to quickly provide Tunisia with additional health support to contribute to meeting the needs of the Tunisian health sector, the newspaper added. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques has also directed the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) to urgently support the Republic of Tunisia with medical oxygen and its supplies, in order to contribute to meeting the needs of the Tunisian health sector to overcome the effects of the Corona pandemic (COVID-19), the newspaper further added.
