KSrelief Launches Voluntary Medical Program to Combat Blindness and its Causes in Burundi

Bujumbura, Oct. 24, 2021, SPA -- King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has launched a voluntary medical program to combat blindness and its causes in Bujumbura, capital of the Republic of Burundi, in cooperation with Makkah-based Muslim World League (MWL). During the campaign which was kicked off yesterday, the volunteer medical team examined 1,402 beneficiaries, performed 20 surgeries and 210 operations, and distributed 250 eyeglasses.
