Malaysian Foreign Minister Thanks Saudi Arabia for Speedy Response to Medical Aid Request

Kuala Lumpur, July 30, 2021, SPA -- On behalf of the King and the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Malaysian Foreign Minister Hishammuddin Hussein has expressed thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's speedy response to medical aid request. During a press conference here today, the Malaysian minister pointed out that King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has been directed to provide Malaysia with 3 cargo planes, which have arrived in Malaysia within three days, carrying varieties of medical appliances, equipment and supplies. He also lauded the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' directive to provide Malaysia with one million doses of Coronavirus vaccine, which is in progress to reach Malaysia, following coordination between (KSrelief) and the Malaysian competent authorities. --SPA 20:49 LOCAL TIME 17:49 GMT 0028 www.spa.gov.sa/w1594590
