Riyadh, April 30, 2021, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Bilad newspaper reported in its editorial that the key goals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 are to diversify the sources of the economy, develop innovative opportunities for the future and create an attractive environment for local and foreign investments. During the past five years, the Kingdom's Vision 2030 made a set of achievements through investing in digital transformation, creating opportunities for growth and investment, creating a number of new economic sectors, attracting the global investments and increasing the quality of life for citizens, the paper added. Digital transformation in the Kingdom's 2030 contributed to setting a number of platforms such as Etimad platform which help to facilitate the financial transactions procedures with the private sector by fully automating payment orders, which also contributes to improving and expediting dues disbursement procedures and facilitating related operations, the paper further added. While the Absher platform brings together a large number of e-government services for beneficiaries through its three platforms: Absher Individuals, Absher Business, Absher Government to increase the level of government performance of services being provided to the public, the paper concluded. Al-Yaum newspaper reported in its editorial that since the beginning of this year's holy month of Ramadan and in the light of intensive proactive and preventive measures against COVID-19, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has provided unprecedented and various services for all worshipers and Umrah performers in the Grand Mosque.
