Modon Reviews Its System for Industrial Security, Transformation into Smart Industrial Cities at Saudi International Conference for Industrial Safety

Riyadh, October 4, 2021, SPA -- The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technical Zones (Modon) is participating in the Saudi International Conference for Industrial Safety and Loss Prevention, which is being held in Riyadh between October 3 and 6, 2021. Director of the Marketing and Corporate Communications and Spokesperson of Modon Qusay Al-Abdulkarim noted that Modon is participating through a full pavilion and the golden patronage of the conference that is organized by the High Commission for Industrial Security as part of its keenness to enhance and build cooperation relations with its local and international partners within its strategy to empower the industry and contribute to increasing the local content in line with the Saudi Vision 2030. He noted that the conference forms an opportunity to exchange expertise and get acquainted with the latest developments and modern technologies in the field of industrial security and loss prevention in vital facilities, in addition to reviewing Modon's system to administrate safety and protection of fire and preventive and awareness efforts, and the qualitative services system that Modon enjoys, such as the emergency response plan, and crisis and catastrophe administration strategy that realizes ease of business within a safe and smart investment environment according to the best quality standards adopted locally and internationally. He also pointed out that Modon has established a system for safety and vocational health "Safety Management System" according to the best international safety practices ISO45001 with the aim of enhancing the levels of performance and operation, and increasing the level of security, safety and preventing fires at industrial cities, in addition to appointing experts and specialists in the field and hosting specialized institutes and centers from the public and private sectors to train workers and increase their level of preventive awareness.
