Cairo, May 11, 2021, SPA -- First Undersecretary of the Arab Affairs Committee of the Egyptian Parliament Ahmed Fouad Abaza said that the terrorist Houthi militia's acts against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are "war crimes", calling for international action to confront the Houthi violations against the security and stability of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In a statement issued today, Abaza condemned the Houthi militia’s continuing terrorist acts against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s territories, the last of which was the attempt to target Abha Airport with a bomb-laden UAV, which resulted in some material losses as a result of the interception and destruction of the bomb-laden UAV by the forces of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen. He stressed the necessity to have an action by the international community, especially the United Nations and the Security Council to support the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the measures it takes to confront these terrorist acts, which threaten the security and stability of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the safety of its citizens and residents. --SPA 21:46 LOCAL TIME 18:46 GMT 0040 www.spa.gov.sa/w1556871
