Jeddah, Rajab 13, 1437, Apr 20, 2016, SPA -- Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Iyad bin Amin Madani, condemned the recent attack hit the center of the Afghani capital, Kabul, resulted in the killing of 28 people and injury of hundreds.
