Cairo, Ramadan 2, 1437, Jun 7, 2016, SPA -- Dr. Nabil Al-Arabi, Secretary General of the Arab League, has lauded announcement of the United Nations on lifting the Arab Coalition led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the black list of violators of children rights during conflicts and wars.
