Buraidah, Ramadan 19, 1436, July 06, 2015, SPA -- Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Qassim Region has witnessed here at in his office in on Monday the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Directorate General of Prisons in the region to prepare programs to support, train and rehabilitate the prisons' inmates in the region.
