Riyadh, June 25, 2020, SPA -- The Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) formed a joint technical team with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to work with the Yemeni government, following a meeting between the Saudi Ambassador to Yemen and the Supervisor General of the SDRPY Mohammed bin Saeid Al Jabir and the Deputy Resident Representative Nahid Hussein, in the presence of the SDRPY experts and specialists. The aim is to set up development priorities, in regard of the Yemeni situation, nowadays, review international institutions efforts exerted to develop Yemen and to discuss measures taken to limit the fallout of Coronavirus pandemic, mitigate its economic, health and social impacts, on Yemen and tackle challenges lying ahead of development action, through setting up common cooperation means, in appreciation of the role and significance of development and reconstruction, and their implications on the economic recovery of Yemen. -- SPA 18:51 LOCAL TIME 15:51 GMT 0017 www.spa.gov.sa/w1357661
