The service will only be provided on Chat Pot (interactive chat) through WhatsApp number 920005937. MOH stated that at the beginning of the conversation, the following services will be shown: information about the novel coronavirus, the locations of the primary health care centers, appointment service, blood donation and contact MOH's center 937. More than 1,000 employees, customer service specialists and doctors are working in the center through various channels (telephone, social media, email, instant chat on the ministry's website).
