For his part, Bahrain's Defense Minister Lt-Gen Yusuf bin Ahmed Al-Jalahma delivered a speech in which he thanked the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its initiatives in leading the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) as well as its support for the joint work to counter terrorism that threatens our countries and peoples. He also said "Our region is facing exceptional circumstances supported by countries adopting terrorism and supporting its organizations. These circumstances made a serious turn that threatens our security and stability. On the top of these countries is Iran whose interference is a clear threat to the countries and peoples of the region." "The Kingdom of Bahrain suffered from these terrorist interferences.
