Tunis, Ramadan 2, 1436, Jun 19, 2015, SPA -- Tunisian consular staff abducted in Libya a week ago were freed Friday, dpa cited a spokesman for the Tunisian Foreign Ministry as saying. "All the Tunisian staff at the consulate in Tripoli have been released," said Mokhtar al-Shawashi, who did not say how the diplomats were released or identify their captors. Later Friday, Tunisian Foreign Minister Taieb Baccouche said his country decided to close its consulate in Libya because of a lack of security there, and 23 Tunisian diplomats, including the ones who were freed, flew home. --SPA 16:22 LOCAL TIME 13:22 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
