Riyadh, Jumada II 05, 1436, March 25, 2015, SPA -- Somalia today denounced the remarks made by the Swedish Foreign Minister Margo Wahlstrom regarding issues pertaining to the human rights record in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Somalia said the Swedish Foreign Minister's remarks contradict with the simplest diplomatic norms and international law. The statement stressed the importance of respect-sharing among sovereign nations, and of their judicial laws in force, describing the Saudi judiciary as of high prestige and well known of its adherence to justice and transparency.
