The Council reviewed the speech of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, addressed to Arab and Islamic nations and the international community, and his warning of what all the world is facing from the threat of terrorism, which was adopted as an excuse to distort the image of Islam with its purity, clarity and humanity. The King also warned that terrorism has different forms whether from groups or organizations, or countries which are the most dangerous ones with their potentials, intentions and mischief. The King also blamed the silence of the international community, and held it responsible for what happened to the people of Palestine from defiance and arrogance of the enemy, and warning of the results of this, and cautioning that those who are silent about the crimes of terrorism will be the first victims of it in the near future. The statement added that terrorism subjects the interests of the nation to the greatest dangers, and if anyone alleged that it is from Jihad, then this one is ignorant and stray. Terrorism has nothing to do with Jihad and Islam is innocent of this deviant thought which causes to some countries bloodshed, bombing of houses, vehicles and public and private utilities, and it is merely corruption and criminality rejected by Sharia and common sense. It said that due to acts of terrorism committed by some groups, such as: Daash (ISIS), and al-Qaeda, so-called Ahl Al-Haq groups, Hezbollah and the Houthis, or crimes of terrorism practiced by the Israeli occupation, or criminal acts practiced by some groups affiliated to Islam, they are all forbidden and criminalized, because of their attack on the sanctities of lives, funds, security and stability, noting that it is the biggest crime to frighten Muslims and residents. --More 13:27 LOCAL TIME 10:27 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
