Jeddah, Jumada I 5, 1438, Feb 2, 2017, SPA -- Islamic Development Bank (IDB) and the Government of Mali co-signed here today an agreement worth $15 million to fund a solar energy generation plant, with a capacity of 4.3 megawatt, in the rural areas, to benefit over 35,000 inhabitants, in a least developed areas, in Mali.
