ITFC, Member States Co-Sign Accords to Finance Trade, worth $6 million

Jeddah, Rajab 25, 1439, Apr 11, 2018, SPA -- International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC), an affiliate of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) co-signed a host of accords worth $6 million, on the sidelines of the 34th session of the IsDB's governors, held recently, in Tunis, with various member states. Hani Sunbul, the Chief Executive of the ITFC co-signed the accords with governors representing Tunisia, Cameroon, Senegal, Pakistan and Togo, to back up strategic commodities, in these countries and to bolster socio-economic development, in these countries, in the context of the IsDB 10-Year strategy of funding trade and to concertedly incorporate the two main tasks of ITFC of funding and developing trade, in addition to provide member states with integrated commercial solutions, for the incoming years. -- SPA 20:14 LOCAL TIME 17:14 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w665708
