Riyadh, Rabi'I 4, 1440, Nov 12, 2018, SPA -- President of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Abdullah bin Fahd Al-Hussein and President of General Authority for Statistics (GAS) Dr. Fahd bin Sulaiman Al-Tekhaifi signed today a cooperation agreement between the Agency and the Authority aimed at enhancing the joint work between the two sides. This came during a meeting held at the SPA's headquarters here between the Agency's President and Dr. Al-Tekhaifi and his accompanying delegation in the presence of the SPA's Acting Vice President Ali bin Hajjad Al-Zahrani. SPA's President briefed the guests on SPA's history since its inception 50 years ago up to present through the stages of its development as well as the unremitting support being provided by the Kingdom's leadership. He also explained that the agreement will enhance the existing cooperation between SPA and the General Authority for Statistics.
