Jeddah, Safar 09, 1440, October 18, 2018, SPA -- The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) strongly condemned the bombing targeting a candidate office, in Helmand Region, in Southern Afghanistan as well as a suicide attack on foreign troops' patrol, in Bagram Region, resulting in many deaths and casualties. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Dr. Yousef Al-Othaimeen, OIC Secretary General, offered condolences to the Afghan government and people on the victims, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
