4 - The article (69th) of the Regulation shall be amended to read as follows: "Drift is a traffic violation, punishable by the following penalties: A - At the first time, the vehicle shall be seized for (15) days, the violator shall pay a fine of SR 20,000 and must be referred to the competent court for consideration of his imprisonment. B - At the second time, the vehicle shall be seized for a month. The violator shall pay a fine of SR 40,000 and shall be referred to the competent court for consideration of his imprisonment. C - At the third time, the vehicle shall be seized. The violator shall pay a fine of SR 60,000 and then shall be referred to the competent court for consideration of the confiscation of the vehicle or be fined by paying the value of the leased or stolen vehicle and his imprisonment. Excluded from the seizure or confiscation punishments contained in this article are leased vehicles and stolen vehicles." 5. Amendment of Article (70) of the Regulation to read as follows: "With consideration of what contained Articles (12) and (46) of this Regulation, any person who gives a vehicle's license or a driver's license as a guarantee to others is fined with an amount of not less than SR1,000 and not more than SR2,000." 6 - Amendment of the Article (72) of the Regulation to read as follows: "A - Any one who violates the provision of the paragraph (a) of Article (21) of this regulation shall be fined with an amount of SR100,000 with the closure of the offending showroom until obtaining a license. B - Any person who violates the rule of any of subparagraphs (1) and (3) of paragraph (b) of Article (21) of this regulation shall be punished by a fine of SR 1,500 for the first time. The fine shall be doubled if the violation was committed for the second time, and at the third time, the offender shall be punished by a fine of SR 8,000 with the closure of the showroom selling the vehicles for one month.
