On Yemen, the two sides stressed the importance of preserving Yemen's unity, achieving its security and stability, supporting its legitimate government, and finding a peaceful solution to the Yemeni crisis according to the GCC initiative and its executive mechanisms and the outputs of the Yemeni national dialogue. They also stressed the importance of facilitating the access of the humanitarian aid to all Yemeni governorates. The Egyptian side condemned the launching of ballistic missiles against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the Iran-backed terrorist Houthis, stressing its full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the face of any threat against its security. The two sides also affirmed their categorical rejection of the Iranian interferences in the internal affairs of the Arab countries, pointing out the continued coordination between them in this issue within the framework of their membership in the Arab League Committee to confront the Iranian interventions. The two sides affirmed that the security of the Arab region cannot be achieve without stopping all attempts to intervene in the affairs of the Arab States from any regional party in addition to commitment of all neighboring countries to the principles of good neighborliness, common interests and non-interference. On the Libyan issue, the two countries affirmed their support for the comprehensive political process led by the United Nations to resolve the Libyan crisis, stressing that the Libyan political agreement remains the best framework for dealing with the Libyan crisis. They stressed their support for implementation of all initiative's elements presented by the UN envoy to Libya, Ghassan Salama, in order to reach a political solution that achieves the security, stability and unity of Libyan territory and eradicate all forms of extremism and terrorism in Libya. In this context, the Saudi side appreciated the efforts exerted by Egypt to host the meetings of the Libyan parties in various parts of Libya, which resulted in a comprehensive vision to resolve the crisis, support Libyan state institutions and combat the threat of terrorism. The Saudi side also praised the meetings hosted by Egypt to unify the Libyan military institution and enable the national army to carry out its responsibility in maintaining stability and defeating terrorist organizations. The two sides explained that the principles of good neighborliness and rejection of all forms of interference in the internal affairs of countries or the dissemination of hatred and incitement are the principles on which the sovereign decision and measures taken by the four Arab countries combating terrorism, which are guaranteed by the international law, to confront the Qatari support for terrorism and the Qatari blatant interventions in the Arab states' affairs. On the other hand, the Saudi side also affirmed its full appreciation of Egypt's rights and uses of Nile water as the lifeblood of the Egyptian people, calling upon all countries to take this into consideration and not jeopardize Egyptian security.
