Geneva, Jumada II 12, 1439, February 28, 2018, SPA -- The Yemeni Coalition to Monitor Human Rights Violations has organized a symposium at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, on Yemeni internally displaced people and mines planting, on the sidelines of the 37th Session of the Council. The human rights activist Yusuf Abu Ras said that the effects of the mines planted by Iran-backed Houthi militias are the killing and maiming of innocent people, especially children, impeding economic development and harming displaced people and preventing them from returning to their countries.
