Brussels, Rabi'II 3, 1439, Dec 21, 2017, SPA -- The European Union has welcomed the adoption by the UN Security Council of Resolution No. 2393 on the access of humanitarian assistance to those in need in Syria. In a statement, EU High Representative for Foreign Policy Federica Mogherini expressed concern about the continued lack of humanitarian access to 13.1 million people throughout Syria.
