Al-Jubeir stressed that the USA has a major role in countering extremism, as it has high technology and great military expertise that can provide the necessary support with regard to the Islamic military alliance, pointing out that the summit will increase cooperation between the Islamic military alliance, which consists of 41 countries and the international coalition to fight " Daesh " in Syria and Iraq, which includes 60 countries from around the world. He pointed out that the Kingdom is participating in many regional alliances. There is an alliance between the GCC countries represented by Al Jazeera Shield. It has the idea of establishing the Islamic Alliance to confront extremism and terrorism and there is talk about intensifying these efforts to build a security institution in the region that can address any violations that may occur in the region. These ideas are on the table and being discussed by specialists in this regard, and there is also the idea of the joint Arab force suggested by Egyptian President, noting that there is a recognition of the need for such a move and there is consultation on achieving this idea.
